Planning your first month at Ascend
Use the first month to understand the gym, learn the booking process and discuss a routine that fits.
Treat the first month as a learning period
There is more to joining than completing workouts. You are learning the journey, the room, the programme and how to ask for help. Ascend advertises an introductory trial; check the current inclusions and terms on the live site. Do not assume that a trial promises a particular result. Use it to evaluate whether the coaching and practical arrangements work for you.
A practical checklist
- Confirm what the introduction includes.
- Book the agreed first appointments.
- Keep a short list of questions as you go.
- Review the experience before deciding the next arrangement.
Put it into practice
At the end of the month, ask yourself whether you understand your plan, can attend the available sessions and know how to get support. Those observations are a more useful basis for a membership decision than expecting a dramatic transformation within a few weeks.
